Block Trading
Trade in large quantities (block trading) is the number of shares trading for at least 200 (two hundred) thousand shares.
     
Bluechips
Often translated as seed stock. Usually indicates the company's shares that have good reputations and easily traded in the stock market because a lot of demand.
     
Balance sheet
Reports that the company's financial balance sheet shows a state of wealth, debt and capital as of a certain date.
     
Bearish
Condition of the stock when the price of stocks, bonds, and commodities are traded off in a long time.

Bid
Offer submitted by prospective buyers of shares. Called the bid price bid price.
     
Bond
Another term for bonds. Letter of evidence of long-term debt of the issuer, typically over three years. Each period the owner of this letter can redeem the coupons attached to earn interest from the issuer, until maturity when the company must repay her debts. Bond can be bought and sold on stock exchanges.
     
Bullish
Opposite of bearish. Condition of the stock when the price of stocks, bonds, and commodities are traded up in a long time.

Buyback
Issuers sometimes do Buyback or repurchase of shares outstanding with a view to increasing income per share and its market price at the same time.
     
Broker
The other brokers. Individuals or companies who act as intermediaries buy and sell on the effects issued by the company (issuer) to obtain recompense.

Book value
Enterprise value is calculated from the total assets minus the property did not materialize, reduced debt and the nominal value of preferred stock.
